The song is "On Melancholy Hill" by Gorillaz off their newest album Plastic Beach.
It happens to be a pretty good follow up to their last two as the did some collaborations
with Lou Reed (Take a Walk on the Wild Side), Mos Def and De La Soul. Good stuff.
